Nam Nam


Namatayi started singing when she was in Primary school. After completing her education she went for vocal training at St George’s College.
The singer and cango player came onto the national music scene in 2002 when she worked with Ernst Tanga Wekwa Sando, before working on collaborations with Africa Revenge and Prudence Katomeni.

She followed up in 2003 with her passion to sing by joining the Black Spirits led by the multi award winning music icon, Oliver Mtukudzi and performed with him for seven years.
